Hull City face an uphill task of beating Man United

Manchester United will look to extend their unbeaten run to five games in all competitions as they will travel to the K.C Stadium in Kingston upon Hull.Hull sit at a pretty respectable 12th spot in the League,while the Champions are laid back at the 8th spot.Former United centre-back Steve Bruce's side has enjoyed a pretty decent start to the League season and recently managed to outclass Liverpool 3-1,after David Meyler stabbed home from close range before Martin Skrtel deflected a Tom Huddlestone shot into the back of the net.Although,Hull have been vanquished by United in their previous 4 meetings and rightly so,their team lacks some kind of firepower which is required to beat a team like United.Moreover,the Tigers have not beaten United since 1974 and the Reds have won seven straight games against them.But there's one statistic which favors Hull-it states that the men and orange and black have conceded the least amount of goals at home.So,that will give something of an upliftment to them.

United will be missing some of their key players which includes Marouane Fellaini,who has undergone a wrist operation recently and will be sidelined for 6 weeks.Michael Carrick and Robin van Persie are still absentees  but Wayne Rooney has virtually stepped into the boots of both of them.While,Portuguese winger Nani has been excluded after suffering from a hamstring injury.For Hull,Robbie Brady will be denied a Boxing day reunion with his former club Manchester United due to his ongoing groin problems.Their best performer Sone Aluko is set to miss out along with Stephen Quinn and their worrying absences can affect Hull's performances adversely.

Antonio Valencia and Wayne Rooney have been relied upon by David Moyes recently and this tactic is very much working for United.Rooney tends to sit-deep to deliver amazing long balls down the right to Valencia ,while Danny Welbeck and Ashley Young have somewhat recovered their goal scoring form.But Hull City should not be taken lightly,they do posses the ability to execute lightning fast counter attacks led by George Boyd,who will play a central role in Hull's performance today.Matty Fryatt and Robert Koren have been taken into consideration by Steve Bruce,who remarked that "I'd love to play against my former club"

5. Roberto Soldado - Tottenham Hotspur : Soldado's struggles have been slightly exaggarated. Since his arrival from Valencia it seems that he has not been able to find form at White Hart Lane. A  9 goals in 17 appearances is not bad but the matter of concern is that many of them have been from the penalty spot.

4. Arouna Kone - Everton : It seems that Everton Boss is a big fan of Kone , so much that he paid 6 million for bringing him from Wigan to Everton. With 5 appearances the whole season with all of them as a substitute  and  with no goals he seems as no option of replacing Lukaku.

3. Iago Aspas - Liverpool : Aspas moved to Liverpool for 7.7 millions this season but has constantly failed to deliver this season. Suarez's suspension meant as a chance for him to impress Bendan Rodgers but he has not had a look  in since.

The man who was being seen as a replacement for Gareth Bale, has shown that he is not the man. Marouane Fellaini - Manchester United : David Moyes's first season as United boss nearly went  without a major signing before signing old boy Fellani from Everton for a £27.5 million.United didn't particularly need Fellaini becuse they require wingers or a creative midfielder much more, which is why spending £27.5 million on a player who is debatably not 'United class' makes the Belgian the worst transfer of the summer.He has failed to deliver what was expected out of him,serving as a testimony to Ed Woodward's poor transfer judgements

The German superstars have won the UEFA Champions League, Bundesliga, German Super Cup, European Super Cup and Club World Cup. The Bavarians have set new standards by winning the five trophy treble.
Only Celtic, Ajax, PSV Eindhoven, Manchester United, Barcelona and Inter Milan have been able to win this rare feat. In August, they added another trophy i.e European Super Cup by beating Chelsea on penalties.



The Bavarians won their fifth trophy i.e FIFA Club World Cup by beating Moroccan champions Raja Casablanca. Hats off to the team and Manager Pep Guardiola.
